I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it. David Vane is such a pleasure to work with. We moved into a new distribution centre and David and his team were the ones who set up the security system in the building. The technicians were very professional and did an excellent job installing and troubleshooting the alarm system. I like that they were there after the alarm was installed to address any issues at a moments notice. The customer service is definitely A1. Will definitely recommend to all my upcoming clients.

I inquired about a laptop battery repair. I was initially served by a guy that was extremely rude and degrading. But another man, Saeed, quickly intervened. He was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful. He took the time to take apart my laptop and clean it free of charge. He also printed different options for where I could buy the part. So if you go to the Coventry location, ask for Saeed!

Consultants who stand in groups and do not approach, there is no interest in work and sales. My friend and I stood there for 10 minutes, they saw us, but no one came up. We decided to go to the consultant, said that we were not from this product and would call ours, no one came, we waited another 10-15 minutes and went to the consultant again.You know, if I hadn't searched for the product I wanted, I wouldn't have bought anything in this store.I would have laughed if there were a lot of customers, but there were only a few.Before that, I visited Best Buy in another neighbourhood, and if everything there was above 10, then here it was definitely 2.

Their service has always been top notch, and they go out of their way to always get everything I need done.I cannot emphasize how pleasant they are to deal with. My parents are with API and have been very happy with their service. The staff is amazing and so pleasant and easy to deal with. Always there to answer all your questions. My parents recently upgraded their system and the technician who came out was on time, professional, and precise with his work. He didn't rush when explaining how the new system works, and was so great at answering all their questions. They were very satisfied with everything, and highly recommend API Alarm.

I have a 3 year warranty on my Google Pixel 2XL, which I have replaced once already with the Google store. Now that i am having issues again, and these guys just make it impossible to get a replacement. They told me my plan is suspended on their computer even though I continue to pay it every month. I have already spent 2 hours on the phone, getting bounced to different departments, trying to get it sorted and even had to send an email with proof of replacement.Terrible service.
